Limitation of Studio Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Texas law, Aromahome shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages arising from the use of components purchased through this catalog. This includes but is not limited to lost studio profits, ruined wax batches, vessel cracking from unverified wick pairings, or smoke damage from untrimmed wicks.
